About Chef Sarah
I grew up slicing, chopping and garnishing alongside my mother, as we followed the heirloom recipes passed down by my grandmother (a cook in the British Army in WWII) and two great aunts (restaurateurs in the 1920-30s).
By 1999, my Oregon-based catering business took off with a 50-guest wedding. Since then, I earned a degree from Le Cordon Bleu and served thousands of guests at dinner parties, holiday parties, cooking lessons, wine club tastings, corporate events and yes, weddings and showers. (I've even planned a few as an wedding coordinator!) In 2022, my family and I moved to Northeast Ohio, bringing a fresh blend of heirloom recipes, modern methods and full-bodied flavors to events, guest lists and menus of all shapes and sizes.
